Cathy Landregan received both her Bachelor's degree in psychology and human development and her Master's degree in social work from The University of Kansas. Prior to joining Dipoto Counseling Group she worked in residential treatment centers for children, a psychiatric hospital, child protective services, and in-home family-centered services. She has been practicing Social Work at the Bachelor’s level since 1993, and has been Clinically Licensed since 2004. Cathy joined Dipoto Counseling Group in 2009.
Cathy provides individual and family therapy to adults and children with diverse backgrounds and unique challenges. Her therapeutic approaches are chosen following a thorough assessment and based upon the individual needs of the client. The most widely used approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy.
